Arsenal v. Portsmouth

Team news:

Theo Walcott is ruled out for a couple of week with back problem, but Eduardo is fit again after a groin strain. Lukasz Fabianski, Tomas Rosicky, Samir Nasri and Johan Djourou are still out.

Paul Hart will be without Herman Hreidarsson and Steven Finnan, both are scheduled to train in two weeks. Midfielder Papa Bouba Diop faces a lengthy lay off with a hamstring injury.



Birmingham v. Stoke City

Team news:

Lee Bowyer returns to the squad after serving a three-match ban for his red card from his previous club. Gregory Vignal and Cameron Jerome will face late fitness tests.

Ricardo Fuller will be looking to join James Beattie at the front, after being on the bench last Wednesday.



Hull City v. Bolton

Team news:

New signing Jozy Altidore could make his long awaited debut after receiving a work permit. Craig Fagan could also make it to the squad after a successful hernia operation. Jimmy Bullard and Ian Ashbee still out injured.

Gretar Steinsson could come back into the squad after missing out on the defeat by Sunderland with a virus. The injured list includes Ricardo Gardner, Joey O’Brien and Ricardo Vaz Te.



Man City v. Wolves

Team news:

Both Robinho and Emmanuel Adebayor will face late fitness test after receiving knocks from the last game. Wayne Bridge recovered from his knock and is expected to play. Roque Santa Cruz, Vincent Kompany and Michael Johnson remain sidelined.



Sunderland v. Blackburn

Team news:

Steed Malbranque could miss out once again, but Lorik Cana and Martin Fulop will be likely to be starting despite a hand and heel injury respectively. Lee Cattermole might be rested after getting subbed with a back problem against Chelsea.

Captain Ryan Nelsen is back training after a knee injury. New signings Nikola Kalinic and Michel Salgado are in contention. Brett Emerton, Steven Reid and David Dunn are still out but should be back training soon.



Wigan v. Man United

Team news:

Charles N’Zogbia will face a late fitness test after getting a knock on the ankle in last weekend’s victory over Aston Villa.

With Rio Ferdinand’s extended lay off, Nemanja Vidic is set to make his first appearance this season after recovering from an ankle injury. Club captain Gary Neville is also in contention.




West Ham v. Tottenham

Team news:

American Jonathan Spector is set to replace Herita Ilunga after receiving an injury to the jaw. James Tomkins looks set to return to the starting line-up after a foot problem. Dean Ashton, Luis Boa Morte and Valon Behrami are still sidelined.

After resting over the win over Hull mid-week, Ledley King will return to partner Sebastien Bassong in central defence. Heurelho Gomes is out for three months so Carlo Cudicini will start in goal. Jonathan Woodgate, Michael Dawson, Gareth Bale and Jermaine Jenas are still out injured.



Burnley v. Everton

Team news:

Steven Caldwell looks set to miss out again as he recovers from a groin problem, so is Michael Duff who is struggling with an ankle injury. Signing from Reading, Andre Bikey is expected to retain his place in the starting line-up after an impressive debut over Manchester United.

David Moyes is unlikely to recall wantaway Joleon Lescott, after dumping him out of the squad in match against Sigma Olomouc. Both Jack Rodwell and Steven Pienaar are doubts after picking up injuries during the win in the Europa League.



Fulham v. Chelsea

Team news:

Andrew Johnson will be out for at least a month after snapping his ligaments around the collarbone in a challenge during the 3-1 win over Amkar Perm. Erik Nevland looks set to start the match. Toni Kallio is ruled out with an Achilles injury. Simon Davies and Jonathan Greening will be in contention after returning from an injury and joining on loan respectively

Yuri Zhirkov still has to wait to make his Premier League debut with a knee injury, Juliano Belleti and Alex are set to miss out. Joe Cole and Paulo Ferreira are back training with the first team.




Liverpool v. Aston Villa

Team news:

Daniel Agger and Martin Skrtel are in the injured lists, Daniel Ayala is likely to retain his place in the squad after making his debut in the 4-0 win over Stoke. New defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos is in contention after finalising his move.

Youngster Shane Lowry is set to deputised for injured Curtis Davies, after a return of his shoulder problem. John Carew is set to make his first appearance after a foot injury.

    Arsenal v Portsmouth: 5-0 (Just see!)
    Birmingham v Stoke City: 3-2 (Both are lack of defensive players)
    Hull City v Bolton: 2-2
    Man City v Wolves: 4-1
    Sunderland v Blackburn: 0-2
    Wigan v Man United: 0-3
    West Ham v Tottenham: 0-0
    Burnley v Everton: 1-2
    Fulham v Chelsea: 2-4
    Liverpool v Aston Villa: 3-3 (Torres! Torres! Torres!)

    so far so good for my win, loss and draw predictions, albeit different scorelines :D

    My prediction didn’t match with Arsenal (5-0), full-time result, 4-1.. But it’s a good game though..
