Audi Cup Semi-Final

Man United faced Boca Juniors on Wednesday night for the Audi Cup semi-final game, and managed a 2-1 win.
The two goalscorers were Anderson, and Valencia, both netting their first for United, although Anderson did score some penalties from shootouts, but never in open-play.
Anderson’s opener came on 23 minutes when Valencia earned a freekick on the edge of the box, and Anderson curled his effort past the keeper to score. May be we have got a new freekick taker with Ronaldo now gone, and even if Tosic is in the squad he will not feature very often for the team.
Valencia’s goal came after 42 minutes, and was a brilliant solo effort. He collected a pass from 40 yards out from Rooney, beat 2 opposition players, and shot brilliantly past the keeper.
10 minutes after half-time, Insua managed to pull one back for Boca, but United managed to keep them at bay for the remaining of the second half.
One bad news though, as Wes Brown still seems to beĀ struggling with injuries and he had to make way on 37 minutes, replaced by Rio.
The final of the Audi Cup will be held on Thursday, and United will face either AC Milan or Bayern Munich.
UPDATE: Bayern Munich 4-1 AC Milan. AC Milan will meet Boca Juniors for the 3rd/4th place play-0ff, and Bayern Munich will face Manchester United in the final. – wllmhll

Wish Sir Alex would pull Ribery aside and have a word tomorrow.
Would still like to see Francko in a red shirt…
This helped my to choose the right car.
